Francis X. McCahill, III - President/CEO

Mr. McCahill has over 30 years experience in the insurance business. His background includes Risk management of several Fortune 100 companies and senior management positions with both retail brokerage and MGAs.

Mr. McCahill attended the United States Merchant Marine Academy and is a graduate of St. John's University. He resides in Indialantic, Florida

Richard R. Allen - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Allen has over 30 years of experience in property/casualty financial management. His background includes work with several large insurance companies as Chief Financial Officer and Controller.

Mr. Allen is a graduate of Quincy University and resides in Palm Harbor, Florida.

Andrew Graham – General Counsel

Mr. Graham has served in various positions, including General Counsel, for Trinsic Inc. (previously named Z-Tel Technologies, Inc.), a publicly-held provider of communications services headquartered in Tampa, Florida. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Hillsborough Community College.

Mr. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science, major in Accounting, from Florida State University. He earned his Juris Doctor, as well as a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) in Taxation, from the University of Florida College of law. He resides in Tampa.

Jay Madhu – VP of Marketing

Mr. Madhu has more than 15 years of senior level experience in marketing, including the direction of marketing divisions in the mortgage and finance industries. Experienced in business management, marketing and customer relations, he also serves as Director of Investor Relations.

Mr. Madhu attended Northwest Missouri State University and is a resident of Tampa.

Don Gerdich – Director of Operations and Systems

Mr. Gerdich has worked in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry for twenty nine years for both National and Regional Carriers. His experience includes Homeowners, Automobile, Commercial Property and General Liability.

Mr. Gerdich has a Masters Degree in Administration from Westminster College of Pennsylvania. He resides in Valrico Florida.

James Wolabaugh, CPCU - Claims Director

DirectorMr. Wolabaugh has over 26 years experience in the claims adjustment industry. He has held senior adjustor and branch manager positions with several major Florida insurance companies.

Mr. Wolabaugh is a graduate of St. Joseph College and resides in Clearwater, Florida.

Cathy J. Welch, CPA - Controller

Ms. Welch has fifteen years of experience in both the private and public sectors where she held a variety of financial positions such as Vice President of Finance, Corporate Secretary, and Corporate Controller.

Ms. Welch is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

Bryan A. McCahill – Underwriting Manager

Mr. McCahill has over 20 years experience in the property/casualty reinsurance underwriting and reinsurance intermediary businesses. He has also held senior executive positions with both property/casualty retail agency and MGA organizations.

Mr. McCahill is a graduate of Dowling College and resides in Clearwater, Florida
