Scott Wallace – President

Mr. Wallace has over 30 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance and reinsurance industry. Prior to joining Homeowners Choice Mr. Wallace served as President, CEO, and executive director of Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, the largest property insurer in Florida. He also held senior management positions at member companies of the W. R. Berkley Corporation and Great American Insurance Company.

Mr. Wallace is the past Chairman of the Property Insurance Plans Services Office and past Chairman of the Florida Commission on Hurricane Loss Projection Methodology. His past professional affiliations/memberships included: The American Association of Managing General Agents; National Association of Independent Insurers; National Association of Surplus Lines Offices; Professional Liability Underwriting Society and the Society of Insurance Research. Mr. Wallace received his Bachelor's of Science from Arizona State University.

Richard R. Allen - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Allen has over 30 years of experience in property/casualty financial management. His background includes work with several large insurance companies as Chief Financial Officer and Controller.

Mr. Allen is a graduate of Quincy University and resides in Palm Harbor, Florida.

Andrew Graham – General Counsel

Mr. Graham has served as General Counsel to the company since 2008. From 1999 to 2007, he served in various positions, including General Counsel, for Trinsic Inc. (previously named Z-Tel Technologies, Inc.), a publicly-held provider of communications services headquartered in Tampa, Florida. Since 2011, he has served on the Internal Audit Committee of Hillsborough County, Florida. From 2007 to 2011, he served on the Board of Trustees of Hillsborough Community College.

Mr. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science, major in Accounting, from Florida State University. He earned his Juris Doctor, as well as a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) in Taxation, from the University of Florida College of law. He resides in Tampa.
